All I can say is WOAH.

What a crazy messed up ride. Loved it. Hated it. Well, didn't hate any of it, but felt anger...

Lot of good people die in this movie and it ends strange. Lot of twists and turns.

Best movie I'v seen in a long time.

Good movie, especially the first half, I didn't like the ending. I probably just didn't "get it."

I think it was made from a book. Maybe it left some stuff out, which could be why I feel like I missed something.

I think that the whole movie was the story of the old sherrif who retired, so we mistakingly thought we were watching a movie with Josh Brolin as the lead, but it was just the storyline of the old sherrif,

when he retires, the story just stops. That's why we don't get to see what happens to the mad dog killer, we just move on like the sherrif.

I loved the movie, but I didn't get anything I wanted. I wanted Brolin to kill the bad guy, and he didn't, he got whacked by the other mexicans.

I wanted the wife to live, and she didn't, she got whacked by the bad guy.

I wanted the bad guy to get caught, and he didn't.

I liked it cause I was on the edge of my seat the whole movie, and because the editing and sound, and look of the movie was brilliant, and because these felt like real people, not actors in a roll.

I loved this flick. Saw it in the theater.

The narrative was fresh. Characters jumped off the screen.

I didn't have a problem with the ending, but I know a few people who did. I thought it was fine. Unique.

Filmed great, directions great, editing great.

Cannot reccomend it more.

I liked it alright. I agree with Dekka though. Didn't quite get the ending. Needed some sort of closure, one way or the other.

The ending was what it was. No real hidden meaning. It just ended. There you are.

I didn't understand lots of it, which made me like it. It had a lot of duality.

Like when Sugar (I'll call him that too...) sat in the trailer and looked his reflection in the t.v. and later the old sherrif did the same.

Or when Brolin was hurt and paid for the kids jacket, then it was repeated with Sugar paying for the kids shirt after his accident.

I just saw it this morning, I'll try to watch it again this weekend.

Man, I love dogs, but when that dog was chasing him and was almost walking on water to get him through that river, that was like the greatest scene ever in the history of movies, ha ha.

I liked the ending, cause it was sort of hopeful. The dream was his dad going on ahead and lighting a fire in all the darkness with his moonlit horn full of flame.

Like his dad was waiting for him in the afterlife and was going to get a clearing of goodness ready.

I thought the moral of the movie was that evil was prevailing in the world, and there was no hope, and the old timer couldn't deal with it. The dream gave a faint glimmer of hope that everything would turn out o.k. in the end, even if it was the other side.
