Finally finished The Thirteenth Tale. It's a fantastic book, and I'd highly recommend it. I have the impression that some people would cry reading the book. I found it somewhat touching, but didn't tear up at all. Perhaps chicks with sisters probably will.

I'm on Tender Is The Night by F. Scott Fitzgerald now.

I finished Island. It was an awesome book. Loved the ending.

Now I'm reading Body Rides by Richard Laymon

It seems pretty interesting so far. I'm only about a hundred pages in and I'm kinda sad about some stuff. I'm tellin ya dude just gets to the point in his books, he doesn't drag out axin people.

My only problem with the book is the font size is too small. It strains my eyes. I can't read too much at a time because it gives me a headache. If only it were a size bigger.

I got In the Dark too, I'll read it after I finish Body Rides.

Oh, that's right... Body Rides was really long, with little font.

In The Dark is a mad book. Very creepy. There was an extremely low-budget movie made off In The Dark, but I've never been able to find it.

There's a movie. I'm gonna have to see if I can track it down.

I wonder if it's called in the dark.

Yeah I read that. Did some more looking around too and apparently the production company went under, the Clifton guy never found a distributor or something so it's really hard to get a hold of. It was shown at a few festivals and stuff but it apparently hasn't ben released really. Kinda sucks. It was made in black and white- and they picked In the Dark to make because they could do it on a low budget. Looks like he was originally going ot do a movie for the Island but couldn't ge the backing for it. That sucks, I would love to see a movie for Island.

Reading Jeffrey Deaver, More Twisted. It's just a bunch of short stories. Some are better than others.

I finished Body Rides a couple of days ago, towards the end I thought I was going to be bummed about everything but the ending was great.

I'm getting ready to start In the Dark by Richard Laymond or The Ruins but somebody Smith I think haha can't remember.
I'll probably start on In the Dark.

I'm on book eight of the wheel of time. A path of daggers.

Rand Al' Thor is working on his third woman, he has 3 wives by the end of the series. Lucky him!!!

He shoots fire out his hands and ****. I guess they dig that. He is the Dragon Reborn, the savior who will fight the dark one when he is released, and he has all these wizard powers that the chicks thinks are cool.

Plus he can make doors and teleport and ****.

There are 13 Forsaken, evil wizards who fight him, but he is picking them off one by one. I guess chicks dig that too, when you win against your enemy, and kill him with balefire.

Currently reading The Darkest Evening Of The Year by Dean Koontz. Nothing special so far, but it's about a dog so it can't be bad.

Cuts starts off with a dog, and that part was horrible.

I'm still trying to read The Ruins. Just finished Cuts. I also started another book, MIdnight something, not too interested in it either.

I haven't watched The Ruins movie yet... I'm too lazy to, it seems like it may be difficult to watch (not because it's horrific, but it looks kind of boring).

I'm going to rent it from the movie store down the road. They have dollar days. I just have to catch it on one of those cause i honeslty wouldn't spend more than a buck on it.

There's a book of the Clone Wars? Any good?

I've downloaded the original Clone Wars TV shows, since I read they're better than the new movie... If I enjoy them, I'll probably check out the new movie. If not, I'll wait for the video. It's a cartoon anyway, so I'm not aching to see it.

Yeah... there is. It's decent. I decided to read it before seeing the movie. For the heck of it.

I'm reading Monday Mourning by Kathy Reichs.

It's not bad, but I don't like reading books from a chick's perspective. I mean, usually it's okay, but in this case she's talking about how sexy some dude is and I just can't get down with that.

But it's not bad, the detail of the forensics in the book is pretty good.

This, by the way, is one of the books that they based the TV series 'Bones' from. I think it's the second book in the series.

The Wednesday Letters is the story of Jack and Laurel. Married 39 years, the Coopers lived a good life and appear to have had a near-perfect relationship. Then one night, with his wife cradled in his arms, and before Jack takes his last breath, he scribbles his final "Wednesday Letter."

When their three adult children arrive to arrange the funeral, they discover boxes and boxes full of love letters that their father wrote to their mother on every single Wednesday. As they begin to open and read the letters, the children uncover unimaginable adventures and the shocking truth about their past.

The Wednesday Letters has a powerful message about redemption and forgiveness. And it just might inspire you to begin writing your own Wednesday Letters.

Reading 'Fluke: Or, I Know Why the Winged Whale Sings' by Christopher Moore. Funny so far. I like his style.

I'm reading Darkly Dreaming Dexter by Jeff Lindsay. Since I love the show, I figured I'd like the books. So far it's pretty good. I also bought Dearly Devoted Dexter to read next.

This first book was the basis of the first season of Dexter, but the second book is apparently a completely different story to anything in the show. Should be good.

I just finished reading Darkly Dreaming Dexter, now just starting Dearly Devoted Dexter. Both are by Jeff Lindsay. They based the first season of the Dexter TV show off the first book (there were some very obvious differences), but this next book should be an all new story.
