I may camp out like a moron nerd, and try the vulcan nerve pinch on hot chicks.

Looks like not only there is a midnight showing, but a 7pm showing the day before. I am there. Going with a bunch of people to the IMAX. Prepare for the mind to be blown.

There are these countdown comics set in the TNG era that lead up to the movie. I have the first few. Dopeness.

they got them online somewhere? I assume this is the Romulan that goes back in time?

Not sure if it's online. There is a synopsis though.

Nero is the Rommie that goes back in time. Not sure why he's gunning for Kirk though. Could be a happy accident.

I can sum up the series for you if you want...

He is a big kid to be bullied.

His voice was awesome. You would think when he hits puberty, and the vocals change, he can still hit the tunes, but sound like dude.

This 15 year old won Australia's Got Talent with Nessun Dorma last night. Not quite as good a performance as Paul Pott's but, but the kid is only 15 years old.

He sang Halleluyah at the Final and that was damn good, even though you can tell he is super nervous:

When he won he looked like he was going to pass out on stage.

Dannii Minogue looks like she's made out of plastic. Oh wait, she is made out of plastic.

Seems like every country has talent. There should be a worldwide show with all the winners and runners up.

Earth Has Talent! Patent pending.

I would watch that!

I think a lot of Reality TV shows and Talent shows could go world wide. Survivor and SYTYCD and those sorts of shows.

They did a world-wide Idol one a few years ago with all the winners of Idol. Some European Country won if my memory is correct.

I just don't get why these shows are famous.

Now this old lady that made Whizzle cry is all over the news here. Chick is worldwide.

Susan Boyle came in second in the Grand Final to dance act "Diversity", which did an awesome job in each of their performances, coming up with new routines for each round and they were all amazing routines. I think they truly deserved the win.

Susan Boyle seemed to take the losing pretty well at the time, although she did this wierd little dance and pulled her dress up to show some leg. I always thought she looked like she had a bit of the crazies going on, and that kind of confirmed it for me.

Since then, she has been admitted to hospital for "exhaustion", but reports are coming in that police were called under the Mental Health Act after a doctor assessed her as being "unstable".

She probably is unstable. She can sing, and she's going to be alright (no doubt some record label is after her for this or that). I mean, if mental problems stopped people from making records than we wouldn't have Unchained Melody or River Deep, Mountain High.... that wacky Phil Spector, what will he do next? Oh yeah, rot in gaol.

But I digress.
